I consult after hours, (in the evenings), and on Sundays, in order to accommodate clients’ work obligations.

Clients can share their stories with _complete confidence their confidentiality and privacy will be respected_.

I have a ‘therapy’ cat, for breaking the ice with new clients who enjoy the presence of cats.

I prefer not to take notes in sessions with clients, because I believe it takes the focus away from the here-and-now.

Before starting my own practice, I worked in the disability field, and in child protection.

I’ve done contract work for Telkom and the University of Johannesburg, supervising second and fourth year social
work students.

My hobbies and interests outside of work:
cats, cooking, gardening and environmental management, reading for pleasure, spending time with family and friends.
